selenium on mac osx

okay,

i've got firefox loaded on my mac mini running mac osx (snow leopard). have the selenium plugin installed and can work with the selenium ide. but i cannot figure out how to get the code translated to something besides html. when i look under the "source" tab that is all i see. and on the mac version there is not "file" toolbar.
